Checklist for Franchising a Business
We thought it might be useful to break the process down into a to-do list for the prospective franchisor.
Legalities - Prepare a standard disclosure document. At minimum, you need to have a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) before offering franchises for sale.
Financials - Prepare audited financial statements. You'll need an accountant with experience in producing these audited statements.
Systems - This is the heart and soul of any successful franchise company. We have experience packaging systems and creating software to train and induct staff or franchisees.
